Literally translated, Bonsai means: tree in pot. ‘Bon’ meaning tree and 'sai' can be translated as bowl or pot. Bonsai is grown in Asia and evokes the image of an old tree. Chinese monks saw the beauty of trees that remained small in nature and attributed great powers to them. They took the trees home and grew them further in pots. Bonsai was then introduced to Japan and Korea where it grew in popularity.

Orders placed before 2:00PM Monday - Thursday will be guaranteed Next Day delivery (this excludes Garden Furniture).

All gift cards and experiences are sent out via Royal Mail Signed For service to ensure door to door delivery.
Garden Furniture Delivery:
-Delivery is in our own vehicles by our dedicated logistics team within an approximate radius of 80 miles from our warehouse (excluding Isle of Wight). If you are outside of this radius, unfortunately we do not currently deliver to your location
-Once your order has been placed our logistics team will be in touch to offer a delivery date within 5-10 business days. If this is unsuitable any additional dates will fall outside of this window.

Garden Furniture, Barbecue & Larger Items Delivery Fees:
All garden furniture & Barbecue delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our warehouse to the delivery address. Delivery fees are automatically calculated at check-out.
