We have tried to make all our centres as accessible as possible for wheelchair users. We would like to think all of our customers can access all of our departments with ease.
Please keep in mind that Lacock in particular has some areas that include steep gradients that may require additional help to access. Customer wheelchairs are available for use at all our sites.
You can sign up to our garden club in all of our centres for free, just ask a member of staff upon your next visit.
We feel that having youth in our employment team is very important. We would be happy to hear from anyone over the age of 16 wanting to join our growing team.
Our opening hours are often changing by the season at all our sites. Please check our contact us page for the most up to date opening hours for all three centres.
As much as we are dog lovers here at Whitehall, unfortunately it is just not practical to allow dogs into our centres.
With the farm shops and restaurants at both sites and the amount of families with children, we have had to enforce a no dog policy. All our garden centres have large overflow car parks with grass areas where dogs are allowed. Guide dogs are an exception from this rule.
We hope that you understand our policy and hope that this is not too much of an inconvenience.
