Calathea are known for their unique leaf movements and foliage patterns, which make them excellent houseplants for brightening up indoor spaces. Calathea move their leaves throughout the day in accordance to a circadian rhythm, following the sun's movement in the sky to maximize their light absorption.

Please note: Your Calathea will be picked at random from a selection during the order picking process, if you would like a specific variety please specify in the order notes at checkout and our pickers will try their best to fulfil; however, this is dependent on our stock levels and availability.

  • Water every 1-2 weeks, allowing the soil to dry out halfway between watering
  • Calathea thrive best in medium to bright, indirect light but can tolerate low indirect light
