David Austin Molineux Shrub Rose 6L

The Molineux English Shrub Rose from David Austin Roses is bright and bold. It bears medium-sized neat rosette blooms – tinged with orange at first, quickly becoming rich yellow. It has a light-medium musky Tea Rose scent. The growth is compact, even and upright. It is named after the Wolverhampton Wanderers' football stadium for Sit Jack Hayward, the former Chairman of the club.

Introduced in 1994, this rose is suitable for all soil types and thrives in partial or full sunlight. It is ideal for brightening up mixed borders or celebrating in rose borders and hedges. Versatile, the shrub also does well in pots and containers for a more mobile splash of colour and scent.

After approximately three years of annual pruning, the Molineux will be about 90cm tall and 90cm wide, with a delicious tea and musky scent and medium blooms. As a repeat flowerer, this bush will give you fragrant flushes of flowers from late spring to early winter.
