With a distinctive tangy flavour, rhubarb is a favourite for use in crumbles, tarts and preserves.
The greenish-pink stems of Rhubarb 'Victoria' have tender flesh with an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Once established, this popular, traditional variety will produce a heavy crop, year after year.
Rhubarb is ready to harvest in early spring, when little else is available, making it one of the most prized crops in the vegetable garden.
