A lovely plant with a narrower upright form and lustrous thin-leaved evergreen foliage. In April and May, countless slightly smaller rose pink semi-double flowers are produced.
Best cultivated in a wet soil in a position with sun or moderate shade, avoiding the early morning sun. This plant needs acidic soil because it is ericaceous, or acid-loving. It can be grown in a container using ericaceous compost if your soil is unsuitable.
