| Harvest Details | Picked from our Maud heath block on a south facing slope with chalk and loamy soils. Single Guyot trellis system with 4,100 vines per hectare. Most of these vines are 12-15 years old and we hand pick all of our grapes. The 2019 harvest produced an above average sized crop with good ripeness and crisp acidity. |
