(Updated 11th January 2021)
We are delighted to confirm that our garden centres and food halls are permitted to remain open during the lockdown 3 period. All our restaurants remain closed, with the exception of a “take away” offering of hot drinks and local foods will be available to purchase from our Shepard’s hut in the main Garden Centre car park at Lacock
Our number one priority is the safety of our colleagues and customers. We will continue to operate our strict Covid-19 secure measures including;

Our teams are working very hard to keep everyone safe and if you choose to visit us, please help us by adhering to the safety measures in the centre.
Comprehensive risk assessments have been completed in our centres, which are being kept under review. We are following the guidance issued by the Government

Arriving at our Centres
Please find the designated queuing area. We kindly ask that you stand 2 metres apart to help remind everyone to observe social distancing. We are limiting the number of customers in store at any one time. One of our team will let you know when you can enter.
Trollies are available and their handles will be cleaned after every use. We ask that you please use the sanitiser station on entrance and wear a face covering before entering the shop.
On arrival please use the hand sanitiser station at the entrance.
In the Garden Centre
We appreciate our customers normally enjoy browsing our stores, but in order to shop safely and reduce queuing, we encourage you to shop efficiently.
Please observe the social distancing 2 metre space markings and any directional one way arrows, which will help us keep everyone safe, and guide you around the Garden Centre.
Where possible we ask that no more than 2 people from the same household visit the centre together. A parent & child in a buggy would be counted as one person.
Our pet and aquatics centre (Lacock) will be open, but please be advised customer numbers will be restricted in this area.
Until further notice our restaurants will remain closed, as will our children’s play areas and garden areas.
“Take away” food facility offering hot drinks and local hot foods is available at the exit when leaving, for refreshments after shopping at Lacock. We ask that customers do not consume food or drink when shopping in the centre.
Our toilet facilities are open within our Centres.
At the tills
Please push your trolley to the marked ‘trolley bay’ at the till point and step back 2 metres to allow a member of staff to safely scan your items. Our team will call you when they are back behind the Perspex screen and are ready for you to pay.
We take all methods of payment but would prefer if you can, to use card and contactless payment methods. (£45 limit). You can also pay with a Whitehall or National Garden gift voucher or a gift card.
If you need assistance in taking your items to your car, please ask and a member of staff will help, ensuring the 2-metre social distancing measure is followed.
