• Once your order has been processed by us we will hand this to our delivery partner - APC.
  They deliver Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will be in contact directly with delivery information via email (or SMS if you have supplied a mobile number)
  Please Note: We do not currently offer a next working day service as processing times can vary during busy periods.
• We can deliver to an address other than the billing address. This option is available during the checkout process.
• If you would like your order leaving with a neighbour or in a specific place, please indicate this during the checkout process in the additional notes section.

• We offer contactless delivery
• We do not take packaging away, this is the responsibility of the buyer to dispose of this safely & correctly
• Where possible, and if safe to do so we try to deliver where requested, this may not always be possible, for example if there is limited/no safe access to the requested delivery area. In which case it will be delivered as close as is safe.

Standard Returns

Take the hassle out of returning damaged or faulty products. Let us know and we’ll arrange a collection or exchange if necessary. Or if that’s not convenient, drop off at your local post office for free.

• If you’ve ordered the wrong product or it is unsuitable and you wish to return it, no problem, we will enclose full details of the return address and process.
• If you’ve chosen a collection our courier will provide a collection label for you.
