  They deliver Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and will be in contact directly with delivery information via email (or SMS if you have supplied a mobile number)
  Please Note: We do not currently offer a next working day service as processing times can vary during busy periods.
• We can deliver to an address other than the billing address. This option is available during the checkout process.
• If you would like your order leaving with a neighbour or in a specific place, please indicate this during the checkout process in the additional notes section.

• 5kg - 15kg - APC £21.99

Non-Mainland deliveries within the UK.

For offshore postcodes (HS1-9; IV41-51; IV55-56; KA27-28; KW15-17; PA20; PA41-49; PA60-78; PH42-44; ZE1-3, The Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Channel Islands) the following delivery charges apply:

• Up to 5kg - Royal Mail Tracked £12.99
• 5kg - 30kg - APC £46.99

Standard Returns

Take the hassle out of returning damaged or faulty products. Let us know and we’ll arrange a collection or exchange if necessary. Or if that’s not convenient, drop off at your local post office for free.

• If you’ve ordered the wrong product or it is unsuitable and you wish to return it, no problem, we will enclose full details of the return address and process.
• If you’ve chosen a collection our courier will provide a collection label for you.
