• After placing your order online, you will receive a confirmation email from us. When we have dispatched this to our courier you will receive a further dispatch notification. Delivery arrangements are then made directly by our courier to deliver your furniture, this is usually within 7-10 days.
• We can deliver to an address other than the billing address. This option is available during the checkout process.
• If you would like your order leaving with a neighbour or in a specific place, please indicate this during the checkout process in the additional notes section.

Please Note:

• We offer contactless delivery
• We currently do not offer a build service for furniture sets
• We do not take packaging away, this is the responsibility of the buyer to dispose of this safely & correctly
• Where possible, and if safe to do so we try to deliver where requested, this may not always be possible, for example if there is limited/no safe access to the requested delivery area. In which case it will be delivered as close as is safe.

Furniture, Barbecues and Large & Bulky Item Returns

If you’re not happy with your furniture when it arrives, let your delivery driver know and if they can’t rectify the problem, we can take it away for you.

• If your furniture has been left in a safe space whilst you were out and you change your mind we can arrange for your item to be removed. Just keep it clean, dry and safe in its original packaging until its collected.
