Do you deliver to Ireland and other overseas countries?

At the moment, it is just not practical with cost of postage usually exceeding the value of goods.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.

What time will my delivery arrive?

After you have placed your order you will receive a call from us or our delivery partner to book a suitable delivery date in with you.

On the morning of your delivery we or our delivery partner will call to give an estimated delivery window, if you aren’t going to be in we can arrange delivery to a neighbour or safe space.

What if I can't be home to accept my delivery?

If you can't be home to accept your delivery, you may leave instructions for the driver to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a location around the property that you are happy with. In these instances, we will not require a signature.

Do you have customer wheelchairs available at your centres and how easy is your disabled access?

We have tried to make all our centres as accessible as possible for wheelchair users. We would like to think all of our customers can access all of our departments with ease.

Please keep in mind that Lacock in particular has some areas that include steep gradients that may require additional help to access. Customer wheelchairs are available for use at all our sites.

What is the minimum age I can apply for job at Whitehall?

We feel that having youth in our employment team is very important. We would be happy to hear from anyone over the age of 16 wanting to join our growing team.

Our opening hours are often changing by the season at all our sites. Please check our contact us page for the most up to date opening hours for all three centres.

Do you allow dogs in your garden centres?

As much as we are dog lovers here at Whitehall, unfortunately it is just not practical to allow dogs into our centres.

With the farm shops and restaurants at both sites and the amount of families with children, we have had to enforce a no dog policy. All our garden centres have large overflow car parks with grass areas where dogs are allowed. Guide dogs are an exception from this rule.

We hope that you understand our policy and hope that this is not too much of an inconvenience.
