Box Tree Moth Trap

The Vitax Box Tree Moth Trap consists of a trap with 2 pheromone lures which attract the male box tree moths and lead them to drop through the funnel and into the trap. Stopping males from mating with female moths is an effective way to reduce minor infestations. When there is a significant infestation, the monitoring trap alerts the user to the problem and allows for the prompt introduction of control measures.

The box tree moth is generally active from mid-April to October, peaking between mid-July to the end of September.
