Clematis The President 3L

The President is a medium-sized deciduous climber. Single cupped flowers up to 18cm in width, with eight overlapping rich violet purple-blue sepals, silvery on the reverse with pinkish and deep red stamens. Flowers late spring to early summer and late summer to early autumn.

Clematis can be deciduous or evergreen shrubs or herbaceous perennials, mostly climbing by twining leaf-stalks, and often with showy flowers. Some have attractive fluffy seedheads in autumn
