Summary

Sound Bath for Relaxation & Wellbeing

Take time out to relax, recharge and restore with our calming Sound Bath experience.

Using techniques developed by the British Academy of Sound Therapy, this immersive session combines a carefully selected sequence of therapeutic instruments to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress and help guide you into a peaceful meditative state.

Surrounded by the soothing tones of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, together with the gentle vibrations of gongs, you’ll enjoy a tranquil experience designed to support both body and mind.

This community session is open to everyone and is suitable for all ages. You can choose to lie down or remain seated throughout the session, and the venue offers level access. Chairs are available for anyone who prefers not to lie on the floor.

Benefits of a Sound Bath:

Regular sound therapy sessions may help to:

  • Reduce stress and promote relaxation
  • Improve sleep quality
  • Support pain relief and the body’s natural healing processes
  • Enhance focus and mental clarity
  • Restore balance and wellbeing
  • Encourage mindfulness and a deeper sense of connection

What to Bring:

For your comfort, please bring your own yoga mat or camping mat, blanket, cushions and any other cosy items you’d like to use during the session. If you’re unable to bring these, please let us know in advance and we can provide them for you.

The sound bath lasts approximately 45 minutes, during which you’ll remain lying or seated, so we recommend wearing comfortable, warm clothing.
